Lam’s Garden, previously Chef Lam at Golden Mile Hawker Centre is known for our signature dishes such as the Twin Towers Crispy Noodles in Superior Broth and our Fish Head Steamboat which are made from a secret broth base that’s simmered for hours daily. Apart from being tasty, the twin towers are a feast for the eyes too, as it sports a totally different look from other shengmian that are in the market!
